Store Hours You can shop our E-Store 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, our telephone operators are available Monday through Friday, 10:00am-5:00pm. Contact Holy Spirit Monastery Gifts Ordering It's very convenient, fast, and secure to order from our E-Store. You can learn more about our security measures and privacy policy on the Security/Privacy page. If you are still not comfortable with ordering online, we will be happy to fill your order using more traditional methods: Postal or Fax Orders First, print a copy of our order form from the website. Then browse our online catalog and fill out your order form with the items you wish to purchase. Complete the address and other portions of the form and send it to the address or fax number shown above.
Phone orders Make a note of the items you wish to purchase from our website. Payment Methods We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover/Novus. Shipping Most orders are shipped two to three days after we receive them. During peak periods we sometimes experience a short delay. We ship all items via UPS or U.S. Postal Service. The average delivery time is 5 to 7 business days, however faster shipping services are available at additional cost. Please use your street address as the shipping address since UPS cannot ship to a P.O. box. Back Orders Occasionally we run short of an item ordered. When this happens, we will ship your order with all in-stock items without delay. We will note on your invoice which items are not in stock and when we expect to receive more. Please place your order again at that time. Your credit card will only be charged for shipped items and your shipping costs will be calculated on those items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please call our customer service line (shown above) within 15 days and request a Return Authorization. Please include a copy of your invoice with all returns or exchanges. Sales Tax All orders delivered within the state of Georgia will include 7% sales tax (2% on food items). Orders Outside the Continental US Shipping is slightly more for Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories to cover higher costs. Donations We gratefully accept your tax-deductible donations for the important work of the Monastery of the Holy Spirit. If ordering online, you may include your donation as a purchased item from the "Donations" category. For other orders, please indicate the amount of your donation on the order form.
